Terms and Conditions

This offer is valid for married couples or two adults living together (cohabitants), age 25 or older who agree to attend a 90 minute vacation ownership presentation at the time of their stay and entitles the bearer to three days and two nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada along with airfare for two people from a participating major International airport. Travelers may upgrade to fly out of other departure cities for a small additional fee. You have one year from the activation date to complete travel.

A $100 Room Deposit payable in US Funds to Executive Tour & Travel Services must be included with your Reservation Request.

Hotel accommodations and airfare are available year round, subject to availability and certain restrictions apply. A minimum 60-day advance notice is required for all reservations. Travel valid for Tuesday or Wednesday check-in, other check-in dates available for a surcharge. Additional nights up to 7 are available when requested at time of booking. Check-in and check-out dates must be the same as flight dates. All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only. Reservation requests made less than 60 days in advance of arrival may be accepted, on a space available basis, but are subject to a surcharge. Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc.(ETTSI) makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected. ETTSI, its affiliates, and suppliers are not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, government regulations, or acts of God. Subject to seasonal surcharges. Do not leave for your vacation until you receive confirmation of your reservations.

Transfers, hotel taxes, agency fees, airline taxes and fees, gratuities, meals, and other non-accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the travelers.

Upon check-in, the hotel will require a valid driver’s license or a state identification card as well as an imprint of a major credit card (no debit cards accepted) for incidentals such as room service, phone calls, in room movies etc that has to match your Driver’s License or State ID.

This vacation incentive package is fully transferable and valid until the expiration date stated on this voucher. Travel must be completed by the expiration date of this certificate. This vacation package is for promotional purposes, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or promoted to consumers as a retail package, auctioned or bartered, cannot be reproduced, and is void if altered in any way and for residents of states where prohibited by law. This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other ETTSI promotional vacation offer, must be distributed to consumers as an incentive program, and is not valid for group travel. Once a reservation is confirmed, the reservation is non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-changeable. This offer can be removed or changed at any time.

Once a reservation is confirmed and airline tickets are issued, all travel becomes non-cancelable, non-changeable and non-refundable.

To request a refund of your deposit, you must mail a copy of your Reservation Confirmation letter along with your hotel check-out statement no later than thirty (30) days after your check-out date to: Premium Fulfillment c/o Travel Extravaganza Refund - PO Box 10627, Daytona Beach, FL 32120-0627.

ETTSI has no control over schedule changes, cancelled or oversold flights. Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the validating carrier and subject to federal regulations. ETTSI has final authority on all ticketing, pricing, and availability decisions. ETTSI, its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for the airlines and do not/will not assume liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, accidental death, or damage to any persons or property whatsoever on any aircraft or traveling to or from an aircraft.
