Terms and Conditions
Lodging: This Vacation of a Lifetime Certificate entitles the recipient to two night’s accommodations in a standard hotel room as one of the locations described online at www.vacationofalifetime.info, subject to availability and certain restrictions listed. Accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under the age of 18. No pets. Destin and Myrtle Beach destinations are not available during June, July, and August.
Spa: A $50 redemption voucher to cover the cost of spa treatments will be included along with your travel documents. You may choose any spa or spa treatments while completing your hotel stay. Individual terms and conditions apply.
Reservations: Reservation requests may be made at the same time as or after activation. Please indicate two choices of dates and destinations in order of preference. All reservation requests require 60 days advance notice and are subject to availability. Holiday weeks will incur an addtional charge of $25 per person per night. Peak season surcharge may apply. Valid arrival days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. Weekend arrivals are available for an additional fee. A Reservation Confirmation Letter, including check-in information and directions, will be emailed to you. YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LETTER AND IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.
Deposit: A $50 refundable room deposit must accompany your completed planning form. Once your deposit and completed planning form are received at Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc., your request will be processed. A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for processing.
Incidental Charges: The Certificate is for hotel accommodations only. Traveler is responsible for transportation, airfare, room taxes ($3-$17 per night), agency fee ($25), meals, and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such costs. A non-refundable booking fee ($12.12 per night) and agency fee ($25) is due upon confirmation.
Cancellation: Written notice of cancellation or changes to an active reservation must be prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel or simply not showing will result in forfeiture of your certificate and deposit. Any changes or cancellations in reservations must be in writing and will be assessed a fee.
Usage Limitations: You may not elect to use this Certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program by ETTSI unless authorized in writing. Only one Certificate may be used per household per year.
Liability Limitations: ETTSI will arrange hotel accommodations, acting only as an agent for hotels, and will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from, or in conjunction with, services rendered. This offer can be removed or changed at any time.
