Terms and Conditions

You must activate your certificate within 60 days of the issue date by submitting your contact information along with the $99.00 activation deposit. Reservation requests are made at the same time as, or after, activation. Make checks, Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks payable to Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc. (ETTSI) Your deposit will be returned 30 days after your date of travel by contacting ETTSI via mail or fax. You will forfeit your deposit if you fail to appear for a confirmed reservation. After receiving your activation form, ETTSI will email you a reservation package.

Search our database of over 4,500 resorts by visiting our web site: www.condoexpressonline.com or by giving us a geographical location to search. Fill out your reservation form with your location and dates of travel and fax or mail your reservation form to ETTSI. Make sure your reservation request form is received at least 30 days prior to your date of travel. This will ensure that ETTSI has sufficient time to provide you with travel documents and for you to coordinate travel arrangements. ETTSI will send you written confirmation with a check-in voucher and instructions. Please do not depart for your vacation unless you have written confirmation from ETTSI.

When selecting dates of travel, please keep in mind that most resorts require a Saturday check-in. If a resort requires a different check-in day your travel coordinator will advise you of that. Two and three bedroom units are available upon request at an additional charge. Please ask your travel coordinator if this is available for your location. Holidays are subject to availability. Please make sure to send in your request form early to ensure your dates of travel.

Travelers are responsible for a per week, per person processing fee of $199.00 for a One Bedroom; $299.00 for a Two Bedroom; $399.00 for a 3 Bedroom; and any charges in excess of this offer such as resort taxes, peak season charges or upgrades (rates based on double occupancy). Individual resorts reserve the right to collect additional fees specific to their resort such as government imposed occupancy tax, compulsory gratuity for daily maid service, all inclusive fees, energy surcharges, and security deposits. If a resort does impose such charges, you will be advised by your travel coordinator prior to confirmation and payment will be due upon check-in. Airfare, transfers, taxes, food and incidentals are not included. This offers can be removed or changed at any time.

This offer is subject to seasonal surcharges. Peak season weeks are based on activities and events available to each specific resort. Some resorts may have more than one peak season as in the case of resorts that are in high demand in summer months and then again for winter months for ski season. All holidays are considered peak season.

Anyone traveling to and from the Caribbean, Mexico or Canada must have passports, visas and family legal documents or they will not be allowed to enter or exit countries. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure proper documentation. No refunds will be issued. Documents must be presented at the time of travel.
